Type One

We call Type One the Reformer because Type Ones have a sense of mission that leads them to want to improve the world in various ways, using whatever degree of influence they have. They strive to overcome adversity—particularly moral adversity—so that the human spirit can shine through and make a difference. They strive after "higher values," even at the cost of great personal sacrifice.

What are they like?

They always see a world full of imperfections, and they also see many flaws in themselves. They hope to improve all of this. Their pursuit of perfection can even reach a harsh level. Even if they have achieved 99% success, all they can see is that 1% shortcoming. It's not an exaggeration to say they're nitpicking. Their life motto is: "There's no best, only better!"

Personality Development Levels

All types have strengths and weaknesses: Some parts of your personality work well, while others may hinder you from achieving your ambitions and goals. The extent to which this affects you is not fixed, these changes in your strengths and weaknesses are called development, and are divided into three stages: healthy, average, and unhealthy. Ideally, the goal is to develop yourself into the healthy category and pay attention to the signs that you are slipping into the unhealthy category. Once you have identified these, you can improve your strengths and learn to make up for your weaknesses, thereby making you a more fulfilling and successful self.
